The new Band-It splashguard from General Pipe Cleaners minimizes excess water spray from spinning drums in sink and small-line drain cleaning machines.

Water can collect in the drum container as the drain cable is retracted into the drum. The rugged, 2-inch-wide elastic sleeve squeezes tightly around the drum seam to help seal in any moisture to prevent possible water leakage as the drum spins at over 500 rpm.

Band-It now comes standard on General’s Super-Vee, Power-Vee and Handylectric hand-held drain cleaning tools, and on Drain-Rooter PH and Model DRZ-PH counter-top machines. All are easy to use and easily unclog sink, shower, toilet and laundry lines up to 3 inches in diameter. Band-It is also sold separately.
