Keefer Rader, owner of Outlaw Mechanical of Albuquerque, New Mexico, recently used a Dormont (a Watts brand) FloPro-MD diagnostics tool to determine what was wrong following a boiler install at a wedding venue in Durango, Colorado.
Keefer Rader recalls an emergency call he received one winter night. The dreaded call from a customer without heat, who had just recently had a boiler install done by Rader.
