In this video profile, Linda Hudek takes on a simple job — replacing a leaky ball valve on the main shutoff in a customer’s home. But it is those types of jobs that are some of Hudek’s most favorite.

“I really enjoy small jobs like this because it puts me right in the customer’s home and I love being able to communicate with customers and get to know them better,” she says.

Hudek learned the plumbing trade while working for her father before setting out on her own in 2010 and starting LH Plumbing Services, based in Fairfield, Ohio.
