The February issue of Plumber is out, featuring NJ Jones Plumbing of Syracuse, New York. Its owner NaDonte Jones was a troubled 19-year-old serving a 10-month jail stint in the mid-1990s when plumbing emerged as a way to get his life back on track. He took a building trades class while incarcerated and now oversees a company with 12 employees doing $2 million in annual revenue.
