In this video from the Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport (WWETT) Show, Rich Jordan of Vivax-Metrotech unveils the new vCam Drain Wireless Video Pipe Inspection System.
It’s meant to inspect lines from 1 1/2 to 4 inches in diameter and has 70 feet of ultra-flexible pushrod cable.
“This will navigate 1 1/2-inch traps and most toilet P-traps,” says Jordan. “What makes this unique is this is a wireless reel. There is no viewer included with this.”
Jordan explains how the unit connects via Wi-Fi and uses the free vCam mobile controller app to control the system and access a live video feed.
