The “CS” designation in the LFUSG-CS marks the introduction of Cross Sense Technology, an integrated visual diagnostic system for point-of-use mixing valves. Traditionally, identifying a fouled or malfunctioning mixing valve required a tedious process of elimination, often resulting in the preemptive replacement of functional hardware. The LFUSG-CS utilizes color-coded indicators at the hot and cold inlets to provide immediate feedback on the valve’s status. The LFUSG-CS is engineered with a replaceable cartridge assembly that houses the thermal actuator, dual check valves and 40-mesh stainless steel strainers.
