American Residential Services, a Memphis, Tennessee-based privately held provider of heating, air conditioning and plumbing services, acquired Aspen Air and Atlas Trillo to further expand its national footprint. ARS has an extensive plumbing presence in the Bay Area, but with the acquisition of 62-year-old Atlas Trillo, ARS will be adding HVAC services to its service offerings in the region.
