Joseph Sullivan joins the PHCC Educational Foundation Board of GovernorsThe Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors — National Association’s Educational Foundation has named Joseph Sullivan to the organization’s board of governors. Sullivan’s company, J.J. Sullivan Plumbing and Heating, works on commercial and institutional jobs in the Cambridge, Massachusetts area. He served as the PHCC of Massachusetts state treasurer for 20 years.
