RapidView has announced that Wade Langley has joined the team as director of customer care. Langley brings 15 years of quality control and production management experience to this new position. He will be responsible for all after-sales service, support and logistics throughout North America. Langley received his bachelor's degree in organizational leadership from the Purdue School of Technology.
