ePIPE welcomed Cari Freeman as one of its Southern California residential sales reps. She was born and raised in Southern California and attended California State University, Long Beach. Freeman brings over a decade of experience in customer service and most recently was a sales rep in the automotive industry.

American Pipelining Supplies announced a strategic partnership with IMS Robotics. The partnership makes APS the leading provider of sales, training, services and after-sales support for IMS Robotics in the United States. Through this collaboration, APS will bring IMSʼs robotic technology to professionals across the nation. APS will now serve as the central hub for IMS Roboticsʼ state-of-the-art robotic solutions, which are designed to enhance efficiency and precision in pipeline rehabilitation. As part of this new partnership, APS will offer hands-on training, expert consultation, and dedicated after-sales support to ensure clients have everything needed for successful project implementation and maintenance. APS will conduct expert-led training programs tailored to optimize the performance of IMSʼs robotic systems in the field. Additionally, APSʼs dedicated service and after-sales team will support pipeline professionals with maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades, ensuring smooth operation and maximizing the return on investment.
Milwaukee Tool opens new manufacturing facility
Milwaukee Tool has opened its newest manufacturing facility in Grenada County, Mississippi. The new location will employ more than 800 people. It marks Milwaukee’s eighth location in Mississippi and is the company’s largest manufacturing facility in the United States to date. Milwaukee Tool invested more than $60 million into the more than 500,000-square-foot facility. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and manufacturing capabilities, the Grenada location will initially produce Milwaukee’s line of accessories, including its SAWZALL blades, and will expand into additional product lines over time.
Niagara receives Gold Global Good and EPA awards
Niagara received the 2024 Gold Global Good Award for Best Product of the Year for its Phantom one-piece toilet. Founded in 2015 by Karen Sutton, the international awards recognize organizations, leaders and products that are achieving practical, real-world sustainable impact for people and the planet that are both scalable and replicable, with inspiring stories to tell. Celebrating 10 years, the Global Good Awards recognized 64 companies, leaders and products from all over the world.
The company also announced it received the 2024 WaterSense Sustained Excellence Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. This is the eighth award Niagara has received from the EPA for contributing to the success of the WaterSense program by enhancing the market for water-efficient products, practices and services and educating the public about the need to use water more efficiently.
Rinnai announces PRO APPRECIATION grand prize winner
Rinnai announced the grand prize winner of its PRO APPRECIATION sweepstakes, Dave Koval. The winner traveled to Georgia and visited Rinnai’s manufacturing facility in Griffin, Georgia, and was later greeted at the company’s headquarters in Peachtree City by Rinnai leadership and city officials including Mayor Kim Learnard. Koval owns Dave Koval Plumbing & HVAC, located in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. He was presented a new Ford F-150, valued at $70,000, during a livestream event at the Rinnai headquarters.
