Steve Voss joins Rinnai as vice president of sales
Steve Voss has joined Rinnai America Corporation as vice president of sales and is the newest member of the company’s executive leadership team. In his new role as vice president of sales, Voss will develop and execute the organization’s sales strategies to drive growth in current and opportunity business segments with its growing portfolio of residential and commercial comfort solutions.

mSupply has relocated to a larger warehouse to meet growing demand in Washington state and along the West Coast. The new Marcone Regional Distribution Center is located at 3201 SE Columbia Way in Vancouver’s Columbia Business Center. At 80,000 square feet, the site features expanded parking, 10 additional loading docks and room for a broader and more diversified inventory — including new products and brands. The RDC is stocked with thousands of critical repair parts. It also offers convenient 24/7 locker pickup, allowing customers to order online and retrieve or return parts securely at any time of day.


Bob Neff of Delta Faucet elected president of PMI board
Plumbing Manufacturers International members elected Bob Neff as president of the 2026 PMI Board of Directors during PMI’s 71st Annual Meeting of the Membership in Chicago. An enterprise product compliance and regulatory manager for Masco Corporation and Delta Faucet, Neff succeeds Belinda Wise, a Neoperl US board of directors member. Wise will remain on the board as immediate past president. In addition to Neff and Wise, the members of the 2026 board will be board vice president Lowell Lampen, Kohler; board secretary/treasurer Paige Riddle, LSP Products; and at-large directors Troy Benavidez, LIXIL; John Confrey, Falcon Water Technologies; Tim O’Keefe, Symmons Industries; and Kate Olinger, Uponor-GF Building Flow Solutions.


Bingham & Taylor acquired by Charlotte Pipe and Foundry and Neenah Foundry
Bingham & Taylor, a leading manufacturer of underground infrastructure access solutions serving water and gas utility customers across North America, announced that it has been acquired by Charlotte Pipe and Foundry in conjunction with Neenah Foundry. Founded in 1849, Bingham & Taylor has built a 175-year legacy of providing high-quality meter and valve access products, including boxes, lids and pits. Headquartered in Culpeper, Virginia, the company operates a cast iron foundry in Culpeper and plastics injection-molding and blow-molding plants in Fredericksburg, Virginia.


RectorSeal expands HVAC/R product line
RectorSeal has expanded its HVAC/R product lineup by acquiring MARS Parts, composed of both Global, the Source, and MARS’s parts and accessories division.

RectorSeal also announced Christian and Company as its new HVAC representative in Michigan. As part of this transition, Balfrey and Johnston — RectorSeal’s representative for both plumbing and HVAC in Michigan in recent years — will focus exclusively on plumbing and firestop lines in Michigan and Wisconsin.
