The PumpMaster WPS float switch from SJE-Rhombus is CSA certified for use in potable water applications. This mechanically activated, wide-angle float provides direct control of pumps up to 1/2 hp at 120 volt AC and 1 hp at 230 volt AC, or control applications as low as 120 volt AC, 100 mA. It meets the NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for use in potable water and is approved for use in tanks of 250 gallons or greater per float. The float has heavy-duty contacts, an adjustable pumping range of 7 to 36 inches, and three-wire cable - SPDT (Single Pole, Double Throw), allowing it to be wired to work in either pump down (normally open) or pump up (normally closed) applications.
