The Brute FT wall-hung condensing boiler from Bradford White has a durable fire-tube heat exchanger, is fully modulating to save fuel and has an AHRI-certified 95 percent AFUE rating. The natural gas or LP-fired unit is offered as a combi unit in 140 and 199 mBh sizes or as a heating boiler in 80, 100, 140, and 199 mBh sizes. Combi models include an integrated mini-indirect tank resulting in ideal DHW performance by minimizing temperature fluctuations and providing hot water quickly.
