Former PHCC Educational Foundation COO Cindy Sheridan has been named PHCC’s interim CEO. Sheridan joined PHCC as the membership director in 2000 and became the foundation COO in 2010. Formed in 1883, the PHCC provides legislative advocacy, education and training to approximately 3,500 plumbing and HVACR businesses and 65,000 technicians.
