mSupply names Richard Garza vice president, HR operations
mSupply named Richard Garza vice president of HR operations, where he will lead the company’s Total Rewards and payroll teams. Garza brings more than a decade of human relations leadership experience, including mergers and acquisitions work, HR information systems implementations and migrations and compensation and benefits strategy. He has held senior HR roles across various industries, with particular depth in scaling operations during periods of organizational growth and change. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in HR management from the University of Texas and pursued graduate studies in M&A and HRIS at Houston Christian University.


Roth announces sales leadership promotions, expands sales team
Syracuse, New York-based Roth announced three leadership promotions and the addition of three regional sales managers as the company continues to strengthen its North American sales organization. Justin Spaulding has been promoted to vice president of sales – East, and Matt Gibbs has been promoted to vice president of sales – West. Spaulding joined Roth as a regional sales manager in July 2017, while Gibbs joined the company in April 2018. In their new leadership roles, Spaulding and Gibbs will help guide Roth’s continued growth throughout North America by strengthening communication across sales teams, supporting strategic initiatives, and expanding the company’s product portfolio. Both will continue serving the customers and territories they have supported over the years. Roth also announced the promotion of David Hull to the newly created position of national sales manager, lubricant division. Hull has been with Roth for more than 22 years, serving in a variety of sales roles and playing an instrumental role in the growth of the company’s lubrication systems business. In his new position, he will lead strategic initiatives focused on expanding Roth’s presence in the lubrication market, strengthening customer relationships and driving continued growth throughout North America.


IAPMO leads U.S.-Indonesian plumbing trade mission
IAPMO successfully led the U.S.–Indonesia plumbing trade mission that brought together senior officials from Indonesia’s National Standardization Agency, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Public Works, utilities, IAPMO clients and technical experts alongside representatives from the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Jakarta and leading U.S. plumbing manufacturers. The mission represented the first time these key Indonesian ministries met collectively with U.S. government and industry leaders to discuss a coordinated approach to strengthening plumbing product standards, conformity assessment, workforce development and drinking water safety. The mission also advanced implementation of the APEC Plumbing Regulatory Roadmap and established a framework for continued collaboration to address counterfeit and nonconforming plumbing products, promote internationally recognized conformity assessment systems and strengthen regulatory transparency.


NIBCO and Webstone donate training board to community college
NIBCO and its Webstone brand have donated a custom-built boiler and water heater system training board to support hands-on education at Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado. The training board was built as part of the Community Over Competition Build showcased at AHR Expo 2026. Organized by Impetus Media and sponsored by NIBCO, the initiative brought together plumbing and HVAC professionals, manufacturers, influencers and industry leaders to demonstrate the power of collaboration across the trades. This effort reinforces NIBCO and Webstone’s mission to strengthen the skilled trades through meaningful investments in education and hands-on learning.


Mahesh Cheerla joins GWBD as director of product innovation and engineering
GWBD announced that Mahesh Cheerla has joined its team as the director of product innovation and engineering. Cheerla brings decades of progressive product development, engineering and operations leadership from BrassCraft Manufacturing, a division of Masco, where he most recently served as vice president of product development. In his new role, Cheerla will lead GWBD’s product innovation and engineering organization, partnering closely with the manufacturing, sales and engineering teams to strengthen the PRIER, FIAT and Stern-Williams product road map, accelerate product development efficiency and drive customer-focused growth across all three brands.
