Plumbing Company Expands into Lining

California contractor finds success adding pipeline relining services to its offerings

Ronny and Harley Perry founded Perry Plumbing Heating & Air of San Diego, California, in 1977, but when the military contracts started dropping off in the 1990s, they changed their focus to residential plumbing. Over time, the company expanded into commercial and now the company offers sewer-lining services.

Harley Perry says his customers are a mix of roughly 60 percent commercial and 40 percent residential clients, which includes homeowner associations, apartment buildings and restaurants. In this video, Perry Plumbing crew members reline a service lateral at a home near San Diego. The crew describes the work being done using Nu Flow relining technology.
