Retirement community adds efficiency with new boilersProblem: Dominic Fausto Jr., owner of Absolute HVAC, was recently contacted by a long-term customer to retrofit the boiler system on a 410-bed retirement home in Queens, New York. Two huge, Scotch marine boilers have served the building since it was built in 1997. The boilers were still operational, but the owner wanted to update.
