Designed to meet diverse commercial needs, the Rheem IKONIC Commercial Tankless Gas Water Heater provides flexibility with multiple sizing and design options. It is available as a single unit, in a complete factory prebuilt/programmed rack system or as a modular build-on-site solution.
The single unit caters to both natural gas and liquid propane commercial applications with the inclusion of a fuel conversion kit. Plus, it will seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor applications using an optional outdoor conversion kit. A best-in-class common venting length allows businesses to extend the venting up to 170 feet on eight common vented units using only a 6-inch pipe, minimizing building envelope impact and allowing additional install scenarios. Additionally, the system is manifold control-ready, allowing businesses to easily connect up to 32 units for seamless expansion.
Smart features include built-in recirculation, LeakGuard and integrated Wi-Fi powered by EcoNet Technology, offering users complete control over their water heating systems. This includes adjusting water temperature, tracking energy usage and setting recirculation modes, ensuring a continuous flow of hot water for their business. They remotely monitor tank health and exercise real-time control with preventive maintenance alerts for service needs or leaks via the EcoNet App. Users can also customize the hot water schedule to meet specific business hot water needs and optimize energy use by heating water only during peak business hours. Built-in recirculation settings allow business owners to choose between timer-based, custom or on-demand schedules.
