NIBCO promotes Figuly to director, wholesale sales-east
NIBCO has promoted Paul Figuly to director, wholesale sales-east. In Figuly’s new role, he will coordinate regional sales strategies, build internal partnerships with customers and work with the regional sales managers to improve sales growth. Figuly will report to Kevin Wagler, vice president of wholesale sales. Figuly joined NIBCO in October 2015 as press sales manager and has held several positions, including assistant regional manager northeast and regional manager, Ohio Valley. Figuly brings 23 years’ experience to his new role.
Milwaukee Tool reaches 100K-plus workers during 2025 Construction Safety Week
Each year, more than 150,000 construction workers are injured on the job in the U.S., a sobering reminder that even as the industry navigates challenges like rising material costs and shifting trade policies, the protection of frontline workers must remain a top priority. Milwaukee Tool invests more than $10 million annually in the trades. Among other things, the investment is being used to advance safety education, provide hands-on training and create real-world solutions that reduce risk on the job site. During Construction Safety Week (May 5-9), over 385 Milwaukee Tool employees led safety-focused efforts in partnership with job sites, unions and training centers across the country. More than 635 safety training sessions were conducted, and over 100,000 workers were reached through hands-on demonstrations and expert-led instruction. More than 850 hours of training were provided throughout the U.S.
Rheem water heaters earn recognition at GOOD DESIGN Awards
Rheem received two GOOD DESIGN Awards from the Chicago Museum of Architecture and Design.
The Rheem Maximus super high efficiency gas water heater with LeakSense and the Rheem IKONIC super high-efficiency condensing tankless water heaters were both winners in the Building/Architectural Materials category.
