General Pipe Cleaners AutoCut
The AutoCut from General Pipe Cleaners slices copper tubing in tight spots — even with less than 1 inch of clearance from a wall when doing stub-out work. It fits in the palm of your hand. Just snap it onto the tube, close the gate and turn. The hardened steel cutting wheel automatically tightens as you twist with no knobs to turn. It is available in 1/2-, 3/4- and 1-inch sizes. The spring-loaded cutting wheel provides constant pressure, so you'll never accidentally crimp the tubing. When there's not enough room around the tube for your hand, the optional Ratchet Turning Handle for the 1/2- and 3/4-inch models provides extra leverage. 800/245-6200;

Picote Solutions Grabber
The Picote Grabber from Picote Solutions helps technicians reclaim a tool or item weighing up to 80 pounds. Simply select and attach the best grabbing head for the job, push the cable into place and switch on the air supply to get a grip on the object. It requires 116 to 145 psi. The customized steering function allows the grabbing head to rotate due to the cable inside, making it much easier to grip the item. Pull the tool out of the drain and then simply turn off the air to release it. The shaft connector allows the technician to extend the tool in 32-foot increments. 219/440-1404;

T&T Tools Rudy Tool
The Rudy Tool lifting tool from T&T Tools can be used to remove cast iron valve box covers/lids. Designed with safety in mind, it eliminates the need for prolonged bending or getting on knees to pry lids off with items such as screwdrivers or fingers. Manually operated, the scissors-style lifter removes and re-installs the lids while standing in a safe, upright position. The risk of personal injuries caused by the misuse of screwdrivers or other similar items is removed. 800/521-6893;

Caleffi North America 5231 Series
Low-lead, high-flow 5231 Series thermostatic mixing valves from Caleffi North America are used in domestic hot water systems to maintain the temperature of the mixed water supplied to the user at a constant set value when there are variations in the supply pressure and temperature of the incoming hot and cold water or in the flow rate. They are ASSE 1017 approved for point of distribution and are designed for systems requiring high flow rates and precise, stable temperature control. They are available in sizes from 1- to 2-inch, operating flow rates from 4.4 to 70 gpm and temperature settings range from 95 to 150 degrees F. Optional stainless steel inlet port check valves are available. Models with an outlet temperature gauge simplify temperature setting by providing a visual “proof of verification” of the mixed water temperature. 414/238-2360;

Uponor ProPEX Ball Valves
Code-listed, lead-free brass, commercial-grade, PEX-to-PEX, full-port ProPEX ball valves from Uponor are targeted for commercial plumbing and hydronic distribution piping applications. They are available in sizes from 1/2 to 2 inches. They are listed to ASTM F1960, NSF 14/61, NSF 359 and the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), allowing designers and installers to specify and install an in-line, PEX-to-PEX solution anywhere in the system. The valves have blowout-proof stems and stem extension kits for insulated piping applications, accommodating up to 2 inches of insulation. Both sides of the valve have the ProPEX fitting system that holds tight with 1,000 pounds of radial force for a strong, secure connection. 800/321-4739;
