CPVC x Stainless Steel adapter fittings from Matco-Norca are available in male and female versions for use in residential and light commercial plumbing systems for both new and retrofit installations. They are manufactured to the material and dimensional requirements of ASTM D2846, with male and female threads to ASME B 1.20.1. Available in 1/2- to 2-inch sizes, they consist of a CPVC endpiece, an EDPM O-ring and a stainless steel 304 body. A durable overmolded one-piece fitting with slip connection eliminates a union tail-piece connection and possible leak path.
