Avanti International AV-100

AV-100 ultra-low viscosity chemically reactive gel from Avanti International is available as either granules or liquid. Having the same viscosity as water, it can permeate anywhere water can travel and cures within a controllable time frame anywhere from five seconds to 10 hours. Once it cures, it creates an effective, long-lasting water barrier while providing soil stabilization. It is used to stop water infiltration in manholes, sanitary and storm sewer lines, joints, laterals, tunnels, mines and other geotechnical applications and underground structures by stabilizing external substrate. 800/877-2570;


Easy-Liner Easy Glass Tube 

The Easy Glass Tube woven fiberglass tube from Easy-Liner is used for trenchless spot repairs of old and/or defective pipes. The material is used as an alternative to flat sheets of fiberglass used for sectional point repairs. It may also be used for no-dig lining of 2-inch-diameter pipes using a long-length packer. Formadrain Durapox

Durapox 60-days-open-time resin from Formadrain provides ample work time, so no liners are lost over time restraints or unforeseen difficulties. The crew can focus on the work without stress. Liners are shipped pre-wet. The steam-cured pull-in-place lining system can be used for lining laterals, spot repairs, industrial process pipes and lateral-main connections. LMK Technologies T-Liner

The T-Liner one-piece homogenous main and lateral CIPP connection liner from LMK Technologies is ASTM F2561 compliant. It has a uniform wall thickness and incorporates compressible lining material at the upstream and downstream ends, creating a smooth tapered transition to the host pipe. Both the mainline and lateral sections are formed as a structural cylinder that renews 18 inches and 360 degrees of the mainline, and extends up the lateral pipe as one continuous lining. It combines with Insignia compression gasket seals to provide a verifiable non-leaking system. These gaskets are embedded between the pipe and T-Liner, and are compatible with all pipe types, including polyethylene. 815/433-1275;

MaxLiner USA SuperFlex

SuperFlex single-layer CIPP liner from MaxLiner USA is PU laminate coated, stitched and bonded to polyester felt. Extremely flexible in bends, the versatile liner is offered in diameters of 2 to 8 inches, with a thickness of 4.5 mm. Using inversion installation, it is used with MaxPox resin and hardener from the MaxLiner system and will go around bends with minimal wrinkling. 877/426-5948;

Perma-Liner Industries Vac-A-Tee

The Vac-A-Tee from Perma-Liner Industries allows access to the lateral pipe for cleaning, inspection and lateral lining through a clean-out. It can also be used to establish a new service connection at the mainline pipe. It is compatible with all pipe types such as clay, cast iron, concrete, PVC and HDPE, and is available in diameters from 4 to 24 inches. The unit is homeowner-friendly, with minimal disruption and restoration; utility-friendly, eliminating the hazard of digging up water and gas lines; environmentally friendly, saving trees and landscaping; and installer-friendly, requiring no large equipment or shoring. 866/336-2568;

Proline Group AB PROSOC

The PROSOC pipe relining method from Proline Group AB produces pipes and branch sections consisting of a plumbing substance made of 100 percent polyester fiber with internal PU coating. The fiber is impregnated with high-value thermoset. Pipes and pipe sections are fitted in unhardened condition and are then cured to ready-for-use hardness. The pipe attains a rigidity with self-supporting properties, which provides strength, density and function without the support of the existing pipe.

Quik-Lining Systems calibration roller

The Quik-Lining Systems calibration roller coupled with a vacuum pump can help ensure a liner is the same thickness throughout and that the entrained air has been evacuated. The roller can be operated in a natural stance for the operator. It allows the saturated and calibrated liner to be fed into the Quik Shot inversion gun, or any other inversion system as it passes through the roller. 714/296-5262;

TRY TEK Trydent 80

The Trydent 80 small-pipe cutting system from TRY TEK Machine Works allows reinstatement of interior or exterior relined pipes from 3 to 6 inches in diameter. Operators can access pipe systems through clean-out ports or rooftop vent pipes. Buildings where tenants or operations cannot be disturbed are ideal prospects. It can be used to reinstate an entire vertical waste pipe from a single access point. Its small, powerful cutting head can maneuver around 90- and 45-degree elbows and navigate multiple bends and turns. Its reach extends up to 100 feet and its narrow 23-inch width enables easy access through doorways.
