Viega expands operations in Kansas
This summer, Viega completed a two-year building program in McPherson, Kansas, that included a new 205,000-square-foot manufacturing plant and a new 25,000-square-foot tool shop and apprentice building. Additionally, a 55,000-square-foot logistics expansion is in the works at the Kansas location.  

McPherson is where Viega produces its PureFlow line of PEX product, as well as select fittings from the ProPress Copper and MegaPress product lines. It is also home to Viega’s master distribution center for North America.

Liberty Pumps names new president
Liberty Pumps announced that the board of directors elected Robyn Brookhart to the position of president. She replaces Charlie Cook who will remain CEO and chairman. She has been with the company for 22 years and has served in a variety of positions including sales and marketing, customer service and manufacturing. Most recently she has been the company’s executive vice president, as well as its COO, a position she will retain.

Bacharach announces fall 2019 combustion promotion
Bacharach announced its fall promotion campaign that offers customers a free multiyear subscription to Bacharach’s B-Smart precalibrated sensor exchange program or a free combustible gas leak detector.

During the promotion, with the purchase of either a Monoxor Plus or InTech Combustion Analyzer, customers will receive a free two-year subscription to the B-Smart Sensor Exchange Program for the CO Sensor. As part of a subscription, Bacharach ensures replacement sensors are precalibrated and sent to subscribers at predetermined intervals.

Nebrasky Plumbing, Heating & Cooling appoints office administrator
Nebrasky Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, based in Monroe, New York, appointed Leeanne Rose to the role of office administrator and special projects coordinator. In her new position, Rose is responsible for providing support and coordination for the company’s founder and president, Paul Nebrasky, and the accounting and office managers. Additionally, she will assist in supporting the company’s overall operations, and is the project lead and coordinator for all special company projects.

SJE-Rhombus and CSI Controls partner with Contractor Rewards
SJE-Rhombus and CSI Controls recently started partnering with Contracting Rewards. Contractor Rewards is a loyalty program company that partners with brands to reward qualified purchases. It is a free program and open to contractors, plumbers, septic system installers and trade contractors in the U.S. Invoices must be submitted online or via email within 60 days to earn points.

Full In Partners makes growth investment in ServiceCore
ServiceCore announced that growth equity investor Full In Partners agreed to acquire a significant interest in the company to enable ServiceCore to continue its rapid growth and expansion. ServiceCore empowers more than 350 companies across the liquid waste industry to better manage their routing, scheduling, accounting and invoicing.
