“It’s the toughest part for any company,” said David Sargent, vice president at Stripe-A-Zone. “But once you find those people, you’ve got to set them up for success. About once a week, they meet with Mark Hensley, their Knapheide sales representative. They discuss the specs of vehicles and what they need to do to make their trucks more accessible, allowing workers to have what they need available at their fingertips.
