Perma-Liner named exclusive distributor of GP Sewer Cam
Waterline Renewal Technologies, a portfolio company of Behrman Capital, announced that Perma-Liner Industries is now an exclusive distributor of GP Sewer Cam, a tool for high-definition diagnosis, verification and documentation of pipeline rehabilitation projects. The GP Sewer Cam allows operators to turn a jetter into a sewer camera by attaching the proprietary adapter to a jetter hose.

Neighborly acquires London-based Pimlico Plumbers
Neighborly announced it has acquired Pimlico Plumbers, an independent residential and commercial service and maintenance company based in London. The acquisition of Pimlico, which is a corporate-owned subsidiary, expands Neighborly to 29 brands across 19 service verticals and nearly 1,500 associates operating in nine countries.

Viega names two to leadership posts
Viega announced new leadership for its sales and marketing operations. Scott Wallace is the new chief commercial officer, and Jared Mackrory is marketing director. Wallace will set the go-to-market strategy and oversees the sales and marketing departments. He brings to Viega experience across multiple industries and companies in wholesale and distribution, omnichannel and retail sales, and is experienced in data-driven sales management. Mackrory will be responsible for driving marketing strategy and leading the department. He brings to Viega a variety of experience in brand management, including work in developing, launching and managing consumer products in many categories.

Xylem’s Lindsay Birt winner of US Water Prize
The US Water Alliance announced the winners of the US Water Prize 2021, an annual award that recognizes people and organizations leading innovative approaches to water management and a more sustainable water future. Xylem’s Dr. Lindsay Birt was named one of the eight prize recipients, receiving the Outstanding Rising One Water Leader prize.

Milwaukee Tool building new facility in Mississippi
Milwaukee Tool announced it is building a new manufacturing facility in Clinton, Mississippi. The facility will accommodate increased capacity for the company’s growing business. The $7 million project is part of the company’s recent commitment to creating 1,200 jobs in Mississippi.
